Valerie Villaflor aka “VALVEE” is a Filipina visual artist and art director based in Singapore. She started painting on canvas during the lockdown period to cope with the tension brought by the pandemic. She often works with acrylic paints in bold and vibrant colors. Her focus shifts between peculiar creatures and patterns, letting both painting types borrow from the other, using bold colors and exaggerated designs.

Besides that, she loves collecting and designing art toys, illustrating for children’s books, teaching kids with disabilities, NFTs, and recently studying 3D character design.
