Choir

Music has always been a keen part of my drawing process, and often it is the subject of my artwork as well. As much as I like the melody and the ‘sound’ of music, I am also attracted to the ‘form’ of music. The way musicians create music through their instruments, their voices, and how they move when they sing. In a way, I like to ‘see’ music. Pandemic took away the option of being in proximity with music. I created this piece as a combination of music and the art initiative I started during the start of the pandemic where I make art using everyday things.
