It's the small things

Over time, I have found great comfort in practicing the concept of “Me time,” which has allowed me to focus less on negativity and more on appreciating the little things in life and what I have. Through this, my anxiety and stress have reduced. I am more focused than ever. So, I painted myself sitting in my tranquil space at home that is represented through the blooming flowers and the beautiful landscape that reminds me of home in NZ. I am hoping that viewers will be struck by the aesthetic qualities and enjoy the details of patterns and colours.
